Meet Our Principal

MEET Mrs. Ericha Bass-Prox  |  Secondary Principal

I am Ericha Prox, your campus Principal for the 2022-2023 school year.  I am honored and excited to lead Trinity Leadership.  This is my 17th year in Education.  My educational background degrees are from Mclennan Community College, Baylor University and Texas A & M Commerce at the Graduate level. My roles have included Math teacher, Lead Mentor teacher, Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal. 

My family and I have lived in Cedar Hill for 20 years.  My leadership style is that of a Servant leader and I truly believe that as we serve others, we represent that person that God created us to become.  At Trinity Leadership, it will be evident by Signs of Success (S.O.S) of our growth academically, socially and emotionally.

MEET Mr. Ricky Washington  |   Assistant Secondary Principal

Mr. Washington, also known as, Coach Washington, graduated from Grambling State University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and Associates in Political Science. He has worked in education for 15 years. Ten of those years he has served on this campus as a teacher and a coach. In his time at Trinity he has coached both football and track, helping his students earn 9 state championships. He is excited for a new year and all the promise it holds.
