Athletics physicals will be offered on campus for $15 (cash or check only). Student-athletes entering 7th, 9th, and 11th grade need new physicals (in addition to students in 8th or 10th grade who are new to TLCA or did not have physicals last year).
Note: Students may get physicals from their own doctors (see attached Athletics Physical form).
