Dr. Randy Walling from Abram Chiropractic Center will be onsite to provide athletics physicals for $15. Cash or check will be accepted. You may use your own doctor if you prefer. Please note that the physicals are due Friday, August 5th at noon to participate in fall athletics.
The physical form is attached to this post, or you may pick up a printed copy from the office.
