Meet Mrs Rachel King | Principal
Rachel King is a respected leader in public education with over a decade of experience advancing equity, operational excellence, and mental health advocacy within school systems. Her career has been defined by a steadfast commitment to reimagining education for historically underserved communities.
A seasoned community organizer, Rachel continues to work hand-in-hand with local families and stakeholders to ensure Trinity Leadership of Arlington reflects the brilliance and needs of the Arlington community. She believes that sustainable school transformation requires authentic family partnerships, visionary leadership, and a relentless belief in the genius of every child.
Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Community Counseling and various credentials in counseling, operations, and school leadership. She is also a dedicated wife, proud mother of two daughters, and a lifelong learner who finds joy in reading, reflection, and the art of self-care.
Meet Mr. Keithen Smith | K-8 Assistant Principal
Mr. Smith is a native of Vicksburg, MS and received his Bachelor’s degree from Alcorn State University in Biology. He has received his Master’s of Education degree in Educational Technology Leadership from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Mr. Smith started teaching in 2017, and as an educational leader he is committed to working with all stakeholders to advance student learning outcomes. Having worked with various districts, he has gained the experience needed to achieve great things with Trinity Leadership. His goal is to provide the tools necessary to equip tomorrow’s future leaders and believes that every student deserves the opportunity to achieve academically and socially in today’s society. All students can learn is his personal leadership philosophy. Feeling called to this profession, Mr. Smith is passionate about working with students, parents and teachers to develop well-rounded, critical thinkers who will positively impact the world around them.

Meet Ms. Shaquela Aubrey | K-1 Principal
Ms. Shaquela Aubrey serves as the K–1 Campus Principal at Trinity Leadership Public School – Cedar Hill and as the K–12 Director of Family and Community Connections, supporting meaningful relationships among schools, families, and the communities Trinity Leadership serves.
A Texas-certified educator with more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Aubrey has served as a teacher, instructional leader, and campus administrator, bringing a passion for student success, leadership development, and family engagement to every role she has held.
A Dallas native and graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Ms. Aubrey earned her degree from the University of North Texas and has dedicated her career to serving students, families, and school communities.
Ms. Aubrey believes that every child has the potential to lead, learn, and make a positive impact. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership, strong relationships, high expectations, and the belief that schools thrive when families, educators, and communities work together.
As K–1 Campus Principal, Ms. Aubrey is committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where early learners develop academically, socially, emotionally, and as future leaders. Through her work as Director of Family and Community Connections, she helps strengthen partnerships among schools, families, businesses, faith-based organizations, and community partners to support
student success and enrich the educational experience.
Ms. Aubrey is passionate about building bridges between home, school, and community while creating opportunities that empower students, engage families, and strengthen the communities Trinity Leadership serves.
She is the proud mother of two sons and grandmother to her first grandson. Outside of school, she enjoys serving her community, spending time with family and friends, and encouraging others to pursue their God-given purpose.

Meet Dr. Dalcour | 2nd-5th Grade Principal
Dr. Kim Dalcour is a dedicated educational leader with 27 years of experience serving students, educators, and families. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for academic excellence, instructional leadership, and student success.
Dr. Dalcour began her career in the classroom, where she served as a teacher for 18 years, positively impacting the lives of countless students. Her leadership journey includes serving as a principal for three years, an instructional coach for one year, and a department chair for ten years. She also worked with the Louisiana Resource Center for Educators Certification Program as an instructional coach, supporting and mentoring aspiring educators as they developed their professional practice.
For the past four years, Dr. Dalcour has proudly served at Trinity Leadership Public Schools as the Assistant Principal, Testing Coordinator, and Dean of Academics. In these roles, she has led initiatives focused on improving student achievement, supporting teacher development, strengthening instructional practices, and fostering a positive school culture.
In addition to her work in K–12 education, Dr. Dalcour is a licensed daycare director, further demonstrating her commitment to the growth and development of children from early childhood through adolescence.
Dr. Dalcour attended Grambling State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Dallas Baptist University. She continued her educational journey at Capella University, where she earned a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management.
Dr. Dalcour believes that education is a calling and considers it a blessing to serve students, educators, and families. She is deeply grateful to God for the opportunity and privilege to serve in this capacity and remains committed to making a lasting impact through leadership, service, and educational excellence.

Meet Mr. Ricky Washington | Secondary Principal
Mr. Washington, also known as, Coach Washington, graduated from Grambling State University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and Associates in Political Science. He has worked in education for 15 years. Ten of those years he has served on this campus as a teacher and a coach. In his time at Trinity he has coached both football and track, helping his students earn 9 state championships. He is excited for a new year and all the promise it holds.
